State President’s October 2018 Message
School has been in session for a number of weeks, summer has faded away and autumn has arrived and before we know it we will be preparing to celebrate the birth of Our Savior!
First, I would like to thank all those who took the time out of your busy schedules to attend the District Deputy and Officers Seminars. They were both well attended. We received both positive and negative feedback on the format and the refreshments provided. As always, take this information will be taken into consideration when planning the 2019 seminars.
Secondly, our website, njcolumbiettes.com, has been updated with the current directory, programs and forms. These updates were included in the Leaders Information and Guide Handbook given out to all District Deputies and Auxiliary and Chapter Presidents at the seminars. I sincerely hope that all the DDs and Presidents will encourage their membership to explore the state website.
Thirdly, don’t forget that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month – get your mammograms!
The month of October is also, dedicated to our Blessed Mother, remember to pray the rosary asking for the Blessed Mother’s intercession for world peace.
May the Holy Family bless you and all your families.
